HOW PREORDERS WORK:

  • 🛍️ Preorders are submitted to our vendors every Monday, unless otherwise specified in the individual product listing.
  • ⏰ Turnaround time (TAT) varies by item. Please check the individual product description for the estimated TAT before ordering.
  • 📦 TAT begins after the preorder is submitted/closed, not on the date you place your order.
  • ❌ Vendor inventory can change before our weekly order is placed. If an item you purchased becomes out of stock, your order for that item will be refunded on Monday.
  • 💳 Please allow 5–7 business days after a refund is issued for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.

Please do not order preorder items if you need them by a specific date unless the product listing states they will arrive in time.
